Hey guys. Got another week until school starts. I'm interning for a studio in LA doing effects work and we finished production on Teen Wolf, a show on MTV about werewolves. Anyways I worked on the finale that aired yesterday night. Check that out if you can! I worked on some 3d modeling, scene assembly, some rotoscoping, some tracking, some comp, vanity fixes, wire removals, a bunch of stuff really. Feels great to get some real production experience, and a foot in the door is nice too!

Hey there. I totally forgot I had one of these. If you guys are at all interested in how my work has progressed, check out my current folio website: http://smalone3d.cgsociety.org/ I have an internship this summer at a mid-sized visual effects company in Santa Monica, and I'm pretty excited. I'll be working on a few films or television productions working with the pipeline transition from maya to 3ds max + vray. I'm taking classes now at santa barbara city college, and I plan to transfer to USC's animation program in fall '12. So that's an update in all the important stuff in my life.
